Steps to be taken to send an application for an USA University
1) GRE COMPLETION
One of the major acceptance criterion for many USA universities is GRE, so it would be good to start preparation for GRE as soon as possible, when you decided to go USA:
2) TOEFL COMPLETION OR IELTS
Toefl is main qualification of English capability for the universities, you can take IELTS also.
3) BACHELOR DEGREE
USA Universities mainly accept only 4 year degree for their MS programs, you can apply for a MS course when you are studying last year of b.tech but you have to provide final documentation when they requested.
