Statement of Purpose

At the out set, I am thankful for giving me this opportunity to express the reason for pursuing higher studies in US. Being one of the industrialized countries, equipped with sophisticated educational technologies and management relevant course combinations, US seems to be the most happening place in the world. It is the right choice for students seeking quality higher education abroad. A strong foundation is the foremost requirement for a superstructure. I am indeed fortunate to have got a strong foundation built during my childhood days. This approach adds to the already immense potential for innovation that exists in this field.

I have always believed in the credo,” If you set your sight far and the intention is strong then your feet will carry you there”. It is to this belief that I attribute all my accomplishments and success till today and also my passion to study further.

In this statement, I outline my character, academic and extracurricular accomplishments. I have also discussed my career objectives and the motivation to pursue higher studies at your university.

With rapidly increasing global competition, one has to strongly consider more open markets. Engineering is the foundation on which a man builds his world and engineers can shape the world into a better place. The ever-changing frontiers in this field have fascinated me. An imbibed zeal and strong yearning to enhance my capabilities derived me to choose Environmental engineering.

Good habits of learning have been drilled into me by my teachers at SPACE CENTRAL SCHOOL SRIHARIKOTA. I did exceptionally well in all the subjects in my high school studies. A renowned school with its innovative style in teaching and instilling discipline and leadership qualities. My school taught me the pleasure in understanding things. I secured 74.23% aggregate in my secondary school examination. I have always been a hardworking and an honest student from school days with an inclination towards technical career. This led me to participate in many school level competitions of scientific nature. This involvement generated my dream of becoming an engineer. I participated in several educational quests and science fairs conducted by the schools in our state wherein, I joined for my senior school certificate education in SPACE CENTRAL SCHOOL, SRIHARIKOTA a prestigious institution with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as my major subjects.

My ambition for an engineering career drove me to appear for the engineering entrance exam (EAMCET) in which I have secured a merit seat and that paved the path for my entry into the Production engineering at J.N.T.U COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING, HYDERABAD

Excellence in any Sphere of life can be achieved through determination and hard work, perseverance and dedication towards work. Yet lack of in-depth knowledge leaves the conceptual skills incomplete. In this context, I would like to pursue a postgraduate degree that will not only supplement the knowledge that I possess but also provide a strong foundation for my future.

My goal in life is to be an executive of a very good organization in my country. And try to provide my best for the prosperity and expansion of my organization with changing concepts in construction field. I would really love to take reasonably risky challenges that come through my way. I will strive hard to prove my self a boon to the organization.

My aim to pursue Post Graduation in environmental engineering is a perfect step ahead in my career. So I hope that it would provide me with a methodical framework which helps me to manage the change effectively and efficiently there by maximizing the results. It also helps me to be more disciplined organized and evolved person there by providing me an opportunity to take up Jobs of greater responsibility and potentiality.

The training will help me to develop powers of critical and strategic thinking and deepen my understanding of broader of environmental studies and obtain an international perspective. This course also provides leverage to undertake more superior roles in my organization and also help me to enhance my communication and team building skills.

I describe myself as an ambivert, conventional and forward thinking individual with high ambitions and positive approach. My desire to pursue Post Graduation from US is to avail the advantages of securing the best of Knowledge, faculty and opportunity of best academic facilities, infrastructure and environment. US is a developed country with an open heart, it has rich culture, heritage and plays a prominent role in world economy so I hope Post Graduation Environmental engineering from US will help me to excel in life and reach new heights.
